TERMS OF SALE

1. FREIGHT

   • FOB Origin Santa Rosa, CA

   • Freight Collect or Freight prepaid and charged back (Effective June 1, 2009)

2. MINIMUM ORDER

   • One full carton of any type and size

3. RETURN ORDERS

   • No materials to be returned without prior written authorization from Original Cinch Clamp Corporation.  If authorized, credit allowed on returns will be at the price charged less 25% for handling plus freight.

4. TERMS OF PAYMENT

   • Net 30 days

   • 2% cash discount allowed as follows:

     • Invoices dated the 1st thru 15th if paid by the 25th of the same month

     • Invoices dated the 16th thru 31st if paid by the 10th of the following month
